1. When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days based on our stock availability. Your order will ship once it leaves our distribution center.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by country. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-15 days.
Please Note:
Tracking information will be available once your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from natural disasters (including but not limited to floods, fires, or tornadoes), terrorist attacks or threats, postal or customs strikes, civil unrest, riots, invasions, extreme weather conditions, or telecommunication failures.
3. Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping to most locations worldwide, except for certain regions where we currently cannot deliver.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to resend the parcel.
4. Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, delivery times may take up to 45 business days. You may need to pick up your package from the local courier for APO/FPO/DPO orders.
5. Will I Be Charged Customs and Import Duties?
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies and fees vary by country, so we cannot estimate the exact cost.
